Dammit. The muscle is still there, but I has been teh lazy and eating badly.
Promises:
- Run two times a week and post here about it.
- Bike at least once a week
- If I ever get those skates, roller blade once a week.
- Pay the fuck attention to upper body stuff.
- Eat way more vegetables and more fruit than I do currently. Plan menus. Spend one day a week cooking meals for the week (yes, I am that lazy).
