So, I've run once since my last post and probably won't be for a while, since the shin splints are acting up like hell. Must bike or something.
New Year's Resolutions:
- use myplate daily
- do something besides run at least twice a week
- run once or twice a week, as weather/shins permit
- no sweets or fried things, except maybe once a month
- eat more veggies
