Ran the usual route, did ok. Didn't run as much as I would have liked to, totalling, I think about two-thirds of a mile. Bleh. Felt good, other than my lungs and the fact that I ate too soon before the run. Also did a tiiiiiny bit of yoga (like, three poses), and I'm looking for an audio guide. Not using MyPlate still, though.
